Coming soon, BC Lions Fan Fest at Training Camp!

June 4, 2008

Coming this Sunday, in Abbotsford, B.C. is the Lions’ Fan Fest at training camp.  The guys are hard at work in the slick raining conditions all this week, but even the rain won’t stop them.  It won’t stop me from attending on Sunday either!  I plan to wear my orange raincoat and boots if necessary and bring along the camera, so I hope I will have some good shots to share on my blog afterwards.

The last few days they were getting quite a bit of rain, but as reported on the Lion’s website the quarterbacks were still completing 80% of their passes.  Good for you, Buck and Jarious!

Here’s a quote from coach, Wally.   "I have no idea." – Wally Buono when asked how much time was left in a particular practice period as he knocked a water-logged stopwatch against his hand.
